Extended Warranty

Terms and Conditions –

1.Original Proof of Purchase (Invoice) is mandatory for availing this service.

2.Printout of the confirmation page after registering for Extended Warranty on Ensure website is mandatory for availing this service.

3.Free Pick Up and Drop service may be charged if the unit is out of warranty.

4.1 year extended warranty will be applicable as per the terms of the manufacturer’s 1 year warranty defined under https://www.apple.com/legal/warranty/products/ios-warranty-emea-english.html

5.Any warranty claim will be rejected for any unit which has previously been serviced/opened by any unauthorized Apple service provider.

6.Redington Qatar reserves the right to stop any value-added service to the customers without prior notice.

7.Value added services are provided free of cost to the customers, and customers cannot file any legal claim against Redington Qatar for the same.

8.Customers are advised to have a backup of their data before handing over the unit for repair. Any loss of data during repair process shall not be liable for any compensation regarding data loss.

9.Any Physical damage to the unit apart from screen or water damage shall not be covered in the value-added services. Any part replacement apart from screen in such scenarios will be charged after customer approval.
