Terms and Conditions


  • Original work order needs to be produced for unit collection after repair along with a valid photo identity card.
  • Estimated turn-around-time is 7-10 business days depending upon availability of spare parts. In case of unavailability/out of region spare parts, the turn-around-time may be higher.
  • Any accessories (cartridges, adapters, chargers, etc.) handed over along with the unit are clearly mentioned on the work order. We will bear no responsibility for any items not listed on the work order.
  • We are not liable for any proven product design limitations which hamper the performance of the product.
  • We are not liable for any loss arising from any information or instruction supplied which is incomplete, incorrect, or inaccurate.
  • Customer should supply the passwords used on the device for the purpose of service.
  • The repaired unit must be collected within 15 days from the date of intimation about repair being completed. In case not collected within 15 days, a storage charge plus VAT will be levied.
  • We reserve the right to dispose the uncollected units after 30 days from the date of repair completion/quote rejection and the customer shall have no claim against the company.
  • We are not responsible for consequences of wrong contact details, including disposal of unit after agreed number of days.
  • Fees/Charges, as applicable, can be paid either in cash or via Bank Transfer. Delivery of unit will be made after receipt of cash or bank transfer only.
  • Ensure Services will not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused due to Force Majeure events.

Data & Software:

  • Data backup before submitting the unit for service is the sole responsibility of the customer and Ensure Services will not be liable for any data loss or corruption.
  • Any additional services like data backup/data recovery/software installation will be chargeable.
  • Operating system or other software may be restored or removed from the unit as a result of service. It is the responsibility of the customer to reinstall the required software.

Warranty Repairs:

  • We may require a valid proof of purchase (POP) to register the unit under warranty services as part of vendor compliance requirement.
  • Ensure Services will not provide warranty for Operating System or any other software.
  • We will retain defective spare part(s) or product after replacement as part vendor compliance requirement.
  • Out of region, physically damaged units, third party repaired units, customer induced damages, and liquid spillage units may not be repaired under warranty and such units will be considered as Out of Warranty.
  • Consent is hereby provided to share contact details (mobile number, email, name, etc.) with the manufacturer for warranty claims.

Out of Warranty Repairs:

  • We offer a 90-day repair warranty starting from the date of repair if the same issue occurs again.
  • We may use parts/products that are new/equivalent to new in reliability and performance
  • A quote approval will be required from the customer to proceed with post warranty repairs.
  • An assessment fee plus VAT will be levied in case of Out of Warranty repairs. This fee will be applicable in case of quote rejection and will be waived off in case of quote acceptance.
  • We will exercise our right of lien on the serviced unit until the charges due have been paid in full.
