Here’s our 3-step process for scheduling a collection of your faulty device –

Step 2: Our trusted driver dispatch network will be assigned to connect with you to confirm a good time to visit for the pickup.

Step 3: At the time of collection, our representative will thoroughly inspect your system and secure it for transportation, ensuring that the device is safe from any damage during the transit.

And then starts our highly efficient and quality-certified repair process –

The device will be delivered to the nearest Ensure Services Centre where a unique 10-digit ‘Work Order Number’ starting with 000 will be generated for your device. This Work Order Number is all you need to get an update on the status of repairs either over a phone call or you can simply visit our online service status tracker https://www.ensureservices.com/casestatus.php

Once the work order is assigned for repair, a team of certified technicians will conduct a diagnosis and give you a quotation for out of warranty repair.

Upon your approval, the repair process will be initiated, and the parts required for the repair of your device will be ordered from the vendor.

Once the repair and quality check are complete, your device will be sent back to you through our drivers based on your preferred time for us to visit for delivery.
